If this is not the best fashion editorial ever , I don't know what is...

Hunger Magazine - Fall/Winter 2013 hard-cover edition , amazing editorials (every single one !) and great content. Picking this up after a long and annoying day at work totally made me smile , it was worth every penny and comes in a heavy hard-cover edition that makes it feel more like a beautiful art book.
Can't stop smiling every time I flip over and bump into this lovely editorial, it's just so lovely! I wish more magazines would take the same approach to editorials :)

Eye catcher - UK Vogue April edition

I certainly had no plans of buying any magazines this month, after last month's runway and collection editions I thought I'm pretty much done with catching up on what's going on in fashion magazine but this cover of UK Vogue totally caught me off guard as I was standing in the queue at the supermarket. It's definitely been a while since I've seen such a gorgeous cover photo and I just couldn't stop staring at it and eventually decided to pick it up. I still haven't had a chance to browse the magazine thoroughly but when I got back home the first thing I did was to skip straight to the editorial which features the gorgeous cover girl Edie Campbell and I have to say I wasn't disappointed, the editorial is absolutely gorgeous showcasing some gorgeous ensembles which I absolutely love so I thought I'd share a little sneak peak of the editorial as it's definitely one of the most gorgeous and editorials I've seen in a while.

Fashion Reads - Marie Claire Runway Spring/Summer 2013

Images: Marie Claire Runway
I wrote earlier this month about the Runway and Collection editions being my favourite magazine editions between seasons and I finally managed to get my hands on the Marie Claire Runway , I think this is by far my favourite runway/collections edition and it's amazing considering it's only the 3rd edition that's been released! I really waited to get my hands on this one as I knew it would be fabulous, I remember going through the Winter editions over and over for weeks after it was released and I know I'll be doing that again with the new Spring/Summer editions.
It's just so colourful and the editing and layout are absolutely stunning in my opinion, the appeal of a well edited magazine will never wear on me as with all my love for the world of digital nothing beats a magazine you can reach to when you need some inspiration. I was holding myself from having a quick look through when I got it yesterday and promised myself it would be my Saturday morning fashion treat and oh boy what an amazing treat it is. I almost wish all magazines will look like this on a monthly basis but I guess I'll have to be patient and wait for September when the Fall/Winter edition is released and that's going to be a long wait so I'll definitely be going back to this in the next few months.

Fashion reads - Elle Collections Spring/Summer 2013 Edition

I admit I'm a huge fan of fashion magazines and there's nothing that cheers me up more on a gloomy day than a nice flip through a well edited magazine. I'm especially a sucker for the collections and runway editions that are usually released a couple of times a year and usually cost more than the regular issues , despite that I still love buying them as they serve as my inspiration books each season and whenever I feel like I need some new ideas I love going back to have a look at the spreads and get some inspiration for my outfits.
Today I picked up the Elle Collections Spring/Summer edition and I absolutely love it. I went to pick it up this morning, it was grey and cold as usual but when I got back home I couldn't stop flipping through the beautifully edited pages and colourful spreads, the editing and styling are beautiful and really helped to get me out of the gloomy end of the weekend mood.
The collections and runways editions can be a great source for key looks and trends this season and I love the fact they usually have less advertising and more focus on actual runway looks, designer profiles and trends than the regular monthly editions. This makes the collections and runway editions a great solution for catching up on all the up and coming trends and looks especially because it's nearly impossible to stay up to date nowadays with so many fashion websites, blogs and online retailers updating their sites every few seconds.
As for me, I can honestly say that nothing feels more exciting and inspiring than flipping through the pages of a beautifully and carefully designed and edited magazine, I love and will probably always love print fashion magazines.
